Advanced Circular Materials Company (ACMC) is a pioneering force in advancing global sustainability and circular investment. The partnership between Shell, AMG Recycling Company (SARBV), and United Company for Industry (UCI — a subsidiary of Aljomaih Group) is established with a clear vision: to create a dedicated hub for sustainability in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.
In 2021, the shareholders signed a Supply Sales Agreement with Saudi Aramco for the off-take of Gasification Ash from Jazan Refinery as a key feedstock. To drive this strategic initiative forward, the shareholders established the local joint venture, ACMC in 2022.
ACMC is developing a state-of-the-art Catalyst Manufacturing and Metals Reclamation Supercenter, planned to be developed in phases. Positioning Saudi Arabia as a global leader in vanadium supply — a critical material for energy storage technologies and high-strength steel infrastructure.
